Main Courses

These are what I think of as Proper Meals.  The sort of thing you have for dinner – not too weird, reasonably healthy, and of course, tasty.  Most, but not all, of these meals are vegetarian, and the vast majority are very easy to make, though there are a handful which are a bit more work and are better for weekends or special occasions.  Most of them make a lot of food, and reheat well as leftovers.

I firmly believe that the more vegetables you eat, the more chocolate you are allowed to have, so these meals are all packed with veggies.  Which means you are completely entitled to dessert afterwards…
