~ Nut-Free ~

Nuts are another one of those things that it’s very easy to cook without – the problem, as anyone with an allergy knows, is when you eat out and have no idea what nuts have been hidden in cooking oils, marinades or cakes.  So this page may well be redundant, as I’m sure most of you are quite good at avoiding nuts in your cooking.  Nonetheless, here is a list of nut-free recipes for your hypoallergenic pleasure… enjoy!

Note that there are plenty of other recipes on my blog that can easily be rendered nut-free, but since it’s fairly easy to replace nuts in most circumstances (I recommend choc chips) (though perhaps not in savoury foods), I’m going to let you figure those ones out!
