Just a quick note to say I’ve updated all my recipe indexes, and added a new page for my Low-Fructose recipes. I say this with some trepidation, as I have been unable to get a straight answer on which vegetables, exactly, people with Fructose Malabsorption can’t eat, but every recipe on that page is free of gluten, free of fruit (with the exception of the odd citrus fruit), and generally low in or free of things like onions and corn… though beyond that, I really was at a loss, because the Fructose Malabsorption sites I’ve looked at tend to contradict each other very fervently on the subject of vegetables.
So please view this page as a starting point only. The baked goods should be pretty safe, but please double-check with your non-Fructose-consuming friends before making them any of the other recipes, because I am really, really not a nutritionist.
(More dietary requirement pages are coming, but as they are quite time-consuming to put together, I make no promises as to when they will arrive. In the meantime, using the search engine to the left and selecting your dietary requirement of choice should help you find what you need.)
